Tea Parties and Special Occasions

Step back in time and have tea in the James J Dolan house built in 1883. The Dolan House provides Afternoon Teas or we will do a special theme tea to your specifications. Tea for two or tea for a group. Reservations required

Afternoon Tea is a light meal consisting of sandwiches, scones, something chocolate

and fresh strawberries (if available), lemon curd, and raspberry jam made at The Dolan House and of course a nice hot pot of tea.

Light Afternoon Tea consists of Scones, lemon curd, and raspberry jam made at The Dolan House and a nice hot pot of tea.

Check out our store for all of your tea needs. We have a complete line of tea pots,

loose teas, Numi teas, tea cups and tea cozies.

We would be happy to host your special occasion whether it is a meeting, birthday

party, anniversary, wedding reception or family reunion.

The Dolan House serves a Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Dinner on Christmas Day, Easter Dinner, Mothers Day Tea and a special lunch/dinner on Valentines Day.

We are a “kid” friendly restaurant

The breakfast menu includes your choice of

Frittata (made with sausage, egg, potatoes and cheese) which includes a fruit cup,

salsa, jalapenos choice of corn bread or toast

Pecan Belgium waffle served with a fruit cup and syrup

Old Fashion Oatmeal served with brown sugar, raisins and cream

Breakfast burrito – made with sausage and egg – you can add green Chile and cheese

You always get a fresh brewed cup of Billy the Kid coffee or if you prefer tea we have a large selection of loose and bag teas. Billy the Kid coffee (ground and beans) is available for purchase in the gift shop as are the teas.

Lunch – We have a variety of American and Mexican food. Try our unique and

perennial favorites, such as our chicken salad sandwich with fruit cup and homemade potato salad or our Vegetable Beef Cowboy stew served with homemade corn bread

of if you prefer our BBQ pulled pork sandwich served with homemade potato salad and pinto beans.

Our Mexican menu includes Enchiladas, burritos, our famous Pasole and red Chile

made with ground beef and beans served with corn or flour tortillas or homemade corn bread. Rice and beans are also available

Homemade dessert choices – Pecan Pie, Apple Pie, Chocolate Chip Walnut Cake, Blueberry sour cream Cake, Scones, Banana Bread, lemon bars, Lemon Poppyseed cake and chocolate chunk cookies.

We are always adding new desserts.

Don’t forget our homemade fudge and peanut brittle

We also have things for the Kids – toasted cheese sandwich, polish dog, cheese quesadilla and of course PB&J (peanut butter and jelly).

Our drink menu includes Ice tea, Raspberry tea, hot teas, Billy the Kid coffee, and

many different sodas.

Our Menu changes from time to time and we are always adding new items.

Our menu will vary depending on the season – but you can be assured that all of our

food is homemade and cooked fresh daily – just like in grandma’s kitchen.
